Our imaginations are forged in large part through the great stories we read. Just a phrase or a name or an event from these stories can set your imagination off and running all over again. Why not harness some of that “nerd energy”? Why not answer some of those questions once and for all? Why not continue the adventures begun in your favourite book by using the book itself as your means for doing so!

Imagine a group of gamers playing in the harsh world of Hyperboria each using their own favourite Conan novel. Or a campaign that takes place on Mars, with the players holding John Carpenter novels in hand. Explore the darkest jungles of Africa with Tarzan. How about a series of adventures in the time of Sherlock Holmes, or courtesy of the imagination of H.G. Wells. For something a little different why not try an adventure in the spirit of “Tron” using computer manuals, or a daytime soap opera (stories don't get much crazier than these) using cheap romance novels?
